By accessing this website and placing an order for embroidery digitizing, vector art, custom patches, or
related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you
disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We specialize in custom embroidery digitizing, vector artwork conversion, embroidery punching, and
custom patch production (embroidered, PVC, woven, sublimation). All orders are subject to design
review and confirmation prior to production or digital file delivery.
Prices for our services are quoted based on design complexity, size, and quantity. Payments must be
settled according to agreed terms prior to final source file delivery or physical shipment dispatch.
Clients are strictly required to thoroughly inspect, review, and test-run all digitized files, sample proofs,
vector artwork, and patch mockups—including checking for spelling, typography, dimensions, colors,
and design accuracy—BEFORE running final production or mass manufacturing.
Quality Perfect Digitizing shall not be held liable or responsible for any ruined materials, garments,
production losses, machine damage, or associated costs resulting from uninspected or unapproved
files. No claims, refunds, or compensation will be accepted after final production has
commenced.
We strive to deliver high-quality outputs. Minor adjustments or edits to digitized files requested by
clients prior to production are handled promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. Major design changes
or redrafts from scratch may incur additional charges.
Clients warrant that they own or have legal rights and authorization to use all logos, artwork,
trademarks, and designs submitted to Quality Perfect Digitizing for reproduction or digitizing.
Quality Perfect Digitizing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising out of the use or inability to use our digital files or manufactured patch products.
